Oversight body

It is made up of the General Assembly, which stands as the association’s sovereign body. This Assembly meets once a year in order to:

1- Endorse the Board’s accounts and activity report.
2- Give the board’s members full discharge of their management.
3- Adopt the budget and the actions program that are proposed to it by the Board.
4- Examine and adopt all the items standing on the Assembly’s agenda.
5- Elect the Board’s new members.

The Board may summon the members to an extraordinary General Assembly to examine any type of matters that are beyond the competence of the ordinary Assembly, namely statutory amendments, which requires the prior approval of the authorities.
