It is made up of the General Assembly, which stands
as the association’s sovereign body. This
Assembly meets once a year in order to:
1- Endorse the Board’s accounts and activity
report.
2- Give the board’s members full discharge
of their management.
3- Adopt the budget and the actions program that
are proposed to it by the Board.
4- Examine and adopt all the items standing on
the Assembly’s agenda.
5- Elect the Board’s new members.
The Board may summon the members to an extraordinary
General Assembly to examine any type of matters
that are beyond the competence of the ordinary Assembly,
namely statutory amendments, which requires the
prior approval of the authorities.
