In an ever-changing environment and given the economic conjuncture requiring more dynamic involvement in investments and business creation, private equity,Which is a structured and organised profession, is playing a key role in the chain of funding and partnering up firms, namely high added-value and innovating ones.

Private equity stakeholders: venture capital companies, venture investment mutual trusts … realize equity capital or quasi-equity capital investments in companies and comply with the profession’s strict rules and control.

These players are members of a professional association, the Association Tunisienne des Investisseurs en Capital “ATIC” ‘the Tunisian Private Equity Association, due to represent them.

ATIC strives to provide its members with an ideal framework, enabling them to perform their activities, in order to meet the expectations of corporate business, public authorities and its different partners.
